Crafted from premium 100S long-staple cotton and woven on imported Staubli jacquard looms, it features an ultra-high weaving density of 12,000 stitches per square centimeter, over twice that of ordinary bedding fabrics. The loom speed is strictly limited within 300 revolutions per minute, compared with 800 revolutions for regular looms, preventing breakage of fine high-count yarns, with its weaving efficiency only one-third of common fabrics.

It adopts exclusive brand water ripple hidden jacquard patterns. Tens of thousands of warp yarn jacquard programs need to be pre-designed, with every yarn lifting and falling precisely controlled. Any mistake will render the entire fabric scrapped, requiring a precision accuracy of 0.01mm in program design and loom commissioning.

This 100-count high-density fabric reaches a warp and weft density of 173*124, interwoven with hundreds of yarns per square centimeter. The finished fabric is firm and light-proof with excellent wrinkle resistance, while retaining the air permeability of long-staple cotton, achieving perfect density without stuffiness.

The whole weaving process is completed under constant temperature and humidity (22℃±2, humidity 65%±5) to avoid yarn brittleness, breakage or deformation caused by environmental changes, with production standards comparable to luxury apparel workshops.

Inspired by the brand’s classic hidden water ripple pattern, high-precision jacquard technique creates vivid flowing three-dimensional ripple textures on the fabric. No extra printing and dyeing is needed; the textures shift naturally with light and shadow, presenting understated supreme luxury. It delivers silky skin-friendly touch, cool yet not icy, suitable for all seasons.

Thanks to high-count and high-density weaving, the fabric is firm and wrinkle-resistant, resistant to pilling and deformation after long-term use, and becomes softer after washing, delivering cloud-like luxurious sleep experience.

The subtle jacquard pattern presents elegant fog gray and soft pink tones from a distance, and rich layered three-dimensional textures up close, matching modern, light luxury, Italian and various other home decoration styles.
